Engage for Change announces Annie Coleman as new partner
Brand and employee engagement veteran brings financial industry expertise to new role.
London February 2010 – Engage for Change, a premier consultancy in leadership and employee engagement, has named Annie Coleman as a new partner. She will work alongside fellow founding Directors, John Smythe and Jerome Reback.

Annie Coleman joins Engage for Change having successfully run her own consultancy AlphaPerformance Consultants Ltd for a number of years. Prior to that she was Global Head of Brand and Communications at leading alternative investment management firm GAM. Previously she spent eight years at investment bank Goldman Sachs as European Head of Brand and Marketing, which included worldwide internal engagement programmes for the global Chairman’s office. She is also a certified Birkman Consultant, one of the most effective evaluation and development tools for helping leaders understand their impact on others, increase their leadership skills and successfully adapt them to a wide variety of roles and circumstances. She is also a qualified executive coach and mentor. Previous employers also include The London Stock Exchange, British Petroleum, Ministry of Defence and the Prime Minister’s Press Office.
Annie holds a BA in History and Politics from The University of Exeter. She is a former Chair of The Board of Trustees of Borough Market.
