For those unfamiliar with Engage for Success,the movement's rote is to shine a light one mployee engagement and the practices that help businesses to drive performance and create a compelling place to work.
Most of the work is done by special interest groups. The latest addition is the DigitalEngagement/SocialMedia group,provisionally to be called 'The SocialBusiness Group'.

The provisional purposes of the group are:
- Become a go to resource and hub for knowledge,experience and insight about the use of social media/digital engagement set firmly in the context of an organisation's culture and business situation.
- Establish Engage for Success·four enablers of employee engagement as a referenc,e point for socialmedia & digital engagement
- Informing, engaging and entertaining the C suite, line managers, employees, experts and media and other influencers about trends and applications of Digital Engagement/SocialMedia
- Normalise social media and digital engagement in management and leadership/management practice
The initial steering group comprises big names from he technology sphere, well known corporates and expert advisers. We are also very pleasedto report that David Maceod, co-founder of Engage for Success,is also directly involved.
