Engage for Change

2. Engaging leaders

We are referring here to the top leadership to whom others turn for role models and example. The critical tests of engaging top leaders are those who are:

  • Clear, believable & trusted.
  • Inclusive and appreciative.
  • Known & generous with their presence.
  • Connected as teams.
  • Standard bearers of ethics & reputation.
  • Respected (not feared).

Our consulting offer: We can help by working as a team coach and advisor to top teams by:

Facilitating the team to co-create a planned process that will help them to excel in exceeding the critical tests both as individuals and as a team usually working through real programmes of vision, strategy, values, change & brand.

  • Focusing on building change of behaviour into the normal cycle of business rather than by creating new time-consuming activity. We will focus on getting individuals and the team to critique the way it goes about making decisions and the styles of performance individuals and teams use to engage others.
  • Helping to design and run leadership rituals and meetings that surprise, challenge and where necessary shock!
  • Initiating new research if data is needed by the group.
