For the second year we have been retained by a global player to join their team to provide challenge and creative contributions and alternatives. We join some of their internal meetings and plan and run off-sites through the year to develop and expand their plans. We also work with the team on its dynamics and provide a sounding board to the head of department.
We are keen to develop more of these relationships as the continuity means we can plug straight in or provide on-the-hoof advice.
