Jerome Reback, partner in 'Engage for Change' (2005)

Jerome is an accomplished consultant in communication and change management.

His experience spans the development of cultural change initiatives, communication and engagement experiences for staff and leadership programmes aimed at accelerating change and enhancing individual and corporate performance.

Jerome’s skills include leadership mentoring and coaching, process and meeting facilitation and helping with the conception and development of programmes and events aimed at engaging staff at all levels in performance improvement and change.

A former founding partner of communication and behavioural consultancy Smythe Dorward Lambert, Jerome has spent the last 16 years helping to plan and manage change in leading organisations around the world.

Jerome (together with John Smythe and Colette Dorward) co-authored Corporate Reputation, The New Strategic Asset in 1989.

He has a degree in Economics, an MBA from the London Business School, is a trustee of the UJIA and is married with five young children.
